These men and women faithfully serve on staff for the PCAC family. Rev. and Mrs. Andrew Tsai Rev. Dr. Andrew Tsai serves as the senior pastor for PCAC. He was raised in a Buddhist family in Taiwan. He was persecuted by his father for believing in Jesus, and was even cast out of his family because he dedicated his life to the gospel. He received his Bachelor of Divinity from Taiwan Conservative Baptist Seminary; his Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Denver Seminary, Colorado, and his Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, California in 1989.

He was ordained on Feb 7th, 1972 by the Taiwan Conservative Baptist Church. He served as the pastor of Yuan-Lin Baptist Church for 14 years. He was elected as the Chairman of the Taiwan Conservative Baptist Church Association for 4 years.

From 1984, to 1994, he served as the Conservative Baptist Home Mission Church planter in Los Angeles, CA, planting two churches during that time.

In 1994 he was invited to serve as the president of Taiwan Conservative Baptist Seminary. Then in July 2004, he was invited to serve as the senior pastor of Plano Chinese Alliance Church. He is currently pursuing a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is married to Evelyn and has three children, Joyce, Justin, and Janice. Pastor Tan can be reached by e-mail at revtan@pcactexas.org. His phone number at PCAC is 972-867-2990.

Pastor Barry and Christine Barry Gin has been serving as the English Minister of PCAC since 1994 and helped start the English ministry there.

He was raised in Chicago, IL, and was formally a mechanical engineer before going into the ministry. It was during his college days at MIT that Barry felt the desire to serve the Lord full-time as a pastor instead of as an engineer. However, he also felt that it would be beneficial to spend a few years in the working world to get an idea of what the "real world" was like. So after receiving his Master's and Bachelor's degrees, Barry worked as a mechanical engineer for Hughes Aircraft Company in Los Angeles, CA, for 5 years before enrolling in seminary. Barry later received his Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1996.

Barry's number one passion is to seek to love the Lord with all his heart, soul, mind, and strength. "It's the greatest command, yet it is often the most neglected command. There are too many Christians who are seeking to have the results of this love, such as obedience, Biblical knowledge, and service, but really don't have the cause - a true love and desire for God," he says. It is around this command that he tries to base the English ministry of PCAC. "It's difficult," he comments, "because, quite frankly, I haven't seen many models of churches that emphasize this command." Because of this desire to grow a love for God in the PCAC family, Barry puts a strong emphasis on having a quality worship ministry. He feels that a meaningful and sincere worship experience is foundational to building the body of believers and reaching out to the lost.

Besides serving the PCAC family, Barry enjoys music, all kinds of sports (especially golf and skiing), and using coupons. Barry can be reached by e-mail at pastorbarry@pcactexas.org. His phone number at PCAC is (972) 867-2990.
