Although PCAC was originally planted to minister to the Mandarin-speaking community of Plano, an English-speaking ministry was started in 1993 to meet the needs of a changing congregation because many of the Mandarin-speaking members had teens who preferred to have a ministry in English.

Now, over 10 years later, the English congregation has become an integral part of the church family and includes not only teens, but college students, young adults, married couples, and parents. Although our English congregation consists mostly of people of Chinese descent, we hope that people of all races and ethnicities would know that they are welcomed here and invited to become a part of our church family.
