PCAC Ministries
PCAC offers a variety of ministries to serve both native English and Mandarin Chinese speakers.
English Ministry
The following is a list of the ministries that are conducted in English:
Sunday Worship: After a week’s ministry together through community and fellowship, this is an
opportunity for the local church to gather together to worship and praise the Lord through song,
testimonies, prayer, and the hearing and preaching of His Word.
Sunday School: We have classes for children through adults. Scripture is the foundation upon which we
grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord. We desire to help everyone understand what the Bible says
and apply it to our lives every day.
Family Fellowship: This is a time for our families to bond over sharing a meal. The goal is to grow
beyond the formally scheduled times and share our daily lives.
Men’s Community Group: Men get together for breakfast, prayer, and Bible study, focusing on being
the spiritual leaders in their homes.
Young Adult Fellowship: Each week, we encourage one another not to be weighed down by the
accumulation of worldly things but to surrender and follow Jesus through dinner and Bible study.
GEL Fellowship for Youth: GEL stands for Growth, Evangelism, and Love. From 6th to 12th grade, we
hope to mold our teens according to the instruction of the Scriptures, teaching them to obey everything
Jesus has commanded so that they may be discipled into being disciple-makers.
Children’s Ministries: We aim to provide a warm, fun, and caring environment where children can learn
about the Good News of Jesus Christ. From Children’s Fellowship on Fridays to Children’s Choir,
Children’s Church, and Children’s Sunday School, we hope our children will learn to know and obey the
scriptures.
Mandarin Chinese Ministry
The Transitional Pastor and Assistant Chinese Pastor lead our Mandarin-speaking ministry.
Sunday Worship: We come together every Sunday morning to worship God by singing praise songs and
hymns, listening to the preaching of God’s Word, and praying. We observe Holy Communions on the
first Sunday of every month.
Adult Sunday School: Our Sunday School classes are arranged to advance people of various levels of
spiritual maturity or knowledge of God. We aim to strengthen our faith and learn to walk with God daily.
Choir: The choir seeks to glorify God and proclaim His name through singing and worship and
participates in presentations for special occasions and outreach work.
Prayer Meeting: On Wednesday nights, we come before the throne of God to praise Him, thank Him,
bring our requests before Him, and seek His will. This is a vital ministry that sustains all other ministries.
Small Groups: Friday nights at 7:30 are for small groups only. In small groups, members learn the Word
of God, get to know and uphold one another, and serve together in a small group setting. We desire that
through this ministry, everyone will be involved in the Church and be cared for.
Sisters Bible Study Fellowship: The sisters meet weekly for worship, Bible study, sharing, and
fellowship. They aim to learn God’s Word, share life, and uphold one another.
Evergreen Fellowship: The seniors meet monthly to sing hymns and share and teach Bible knowledge
and characters.
Mark and Peace Men’s Group: The Mark Group brothers meet monthly for Bible study, sharing, and
fellowship. The Peace Group brothers meet twice monthly for book studies, sharing, and fellowship.
